Data Sharing & Disclosure
83jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the 83jl platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), KYC and identity verification providers, fraud detection services, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platform operators. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
6.2 Regulatory and Legal Authorities
83jl may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
6.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of 83jl's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. - Financial and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations;
- Gaming activity data: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each session, or longer where required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes;
- Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, or longer where a dispute remains unresolved;
- Marketing preference data: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, whichever is earlier.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 83jl's data disposal procedures.
Data Security
83jl implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the 83jl platform;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial account details and government ID information;
- Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorized 83jl personnel can access personal data, and only to the extent necessary for their role;
- Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing of the platform infrastructure;
- Multi-factor authentication options for player accounts;

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, 83jl will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Right to Access

Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Right to Data Portability
Receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and request that it be transmitted to another data controller where technically feasible.

Withdraw consent for processing based on consent (such as marketing communications) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
83jl will respond to all data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.
Children & Minors
The 83jl platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. 83jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of 83jl's service providers — including cloud hosting infrastructure, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection services — may process personal data outside of the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, 83jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
These safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. By using the 83jl platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

83jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we process your personal data or your rights — we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the 83jl platform prior to the changes taking effect.
