For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "83jl" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 83jl.one, including all associated games, services, features, mobile applications, and promotional programs operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 83jl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 83jl platform, through which the Player accesses games and services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their 83jl account using supported payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 83jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorization, contact 83jl support immediately.

2.4 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 83jl is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 83jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 83jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 83jl support immediately. 83jl reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

3.3 KYC Verification

83jl is required to conduct KYC verification on all accounts, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 83jl for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.4 Account Currency

All account balances on 83jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 83jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

83jl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 83jl's discretion. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 83jl account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. 83jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any active bonus balance must be subject to the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• 83jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days; VIP Club members may benefit from expedited processing.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

The platform monitors transactions for suspicious activity and reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that raises AML concerns to the appropriate authorities, including PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies. 5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 83jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

83jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 83jl reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.

All games available on the 83jl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by prior results, player behavior, or any external factor. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and based on independent verification.

Each game on the 83jl platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. 83jl is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 83jl's records of the game session shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Where a malfunction results in an incomplete game round, 83jl will use reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager to the Player's account.

6.1 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games available through MT Live are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant. Live game sessions are recorded, and these recordings may be used to resolve disputes. In live games, the dealer's actions and the physical outcome of the game (e.g., card dealt, roulette ball position) are final, subject to any applicable game-specific dispute resolution procedure.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 83jl account;

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 83jl;
• Use any 83jl trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on any platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of 83jl's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 83jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss, even if 83jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

83jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 83jl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, content, or availability.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 83jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 83jl's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

83jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification. 83jl is not obligated to return bonus balances or winnings derived solely from bonus funds where the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 83jl customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by the Player to 83jl.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

83jl operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints after exhausting 83jl's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

83jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 83jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
